Digital Product Purchases

Because our products are digital and are made available electronically after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and included materials before completing a purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact Elevate Cyber Defense. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund.

Download or Technical Issues

If you experience a problem receiving, opening, or accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical or delivery issues.

A technical issue that can be corrected by providing access to the purchased product does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Incorrect or Defective Files

If you receive an incorrect file or a purchased file is corrupted or otherwise unusable, please contact us so we can provide the correct or functional version.
